  8. After uninstalling the update, restart your computer.
  9. If you aren’t able to uninstall the update, use the Command Prompt app to uninstall it.
  10. To do so, click the Start menu available at the bottom-left corner of the screen and type ‘cmd’ in the search panel.
  11. From the search result, give a right-click on the Command Prompt app and select the Run as administrator option.

  1. In the Command Prompt window, type ‘wusa /uninstall /kb:4560960 /quiet /promptrestart’ and press the Enter key.
  2. Once the update is uninstalled, restart your computer.
  3. To block the update from getting installed again, use the Show or hide updates troubleshooter app.
  4. Download it from the official Microsoft site.
  5. After completing the download, run the app.
  6. Click the Next button and allow troubleshooter to check for updates.
  7. Select the KB4560960 update and block it.
  8. Alternatively, you can restore your computer to the previous version using the System Restore feature.
  9. But it is possible only if you have created a restore point before installing the Windows 10 KB4560960 update on your computer.
