SOLVED: My Mac Is Stuck On The White Startup Screen

The issue usually happens when you have more than one hard drive on your Mac device. Press the Power button when the white screen is displayed, restart your device, and check whether the issue is resolved.   1. Restart your Mac device by clicking the Restart option on the screen. Now, press the Command+Option+P+R keys and hold them together when the Mac device is turned on.

  9. Restart your computer again, and press and hold the Command+R keys together until you view the OS X Recovery Utility screen.
  10. Navigate to the Disk Utility section and select the First Aid tab.
  11. Choose your hard drive from the list and click on the Repair button.
  12. If the hard drive has any issues, back up the contents in the hard drive, and perform a format on it.
  13. Now, restart your computer and press and hold the Command+R keys together to open the OS X Recovery Utility.
