REFUND POLICY

Before claiming for a refund, we request you to intimate us about the issue. We will look for an alternative suggestion & provide better assistance to resolve the issue. We request to review our refund policies before you subscribe to our services.

Refund will be made only if the Client operates as said in the demo version, but the functionality was not present in the full version or if our team fails to help the Client in resolving the issue.

You can contact us to claim your refund. Once you have completed the return process with our customer support agent, we will send a confirmation mail, and when you make a qualifying return, we will credit the amount that you are entitled, and you will receive the refund in approximately 7-10 business days.

We restrain from neglecting the refund which fails to meet our return criteria.
