  1. Subject to the terms of our Agreement, we provide Support Services at the Applicable Service Level Purchased.
  2. We provide all software-related services of your device and suggest you with the solution for hardware-related problems.
  3. We do not cover problems caused by accident (failure of power, unusual physical stress, etc.), & any issues that are not covered by our Technical Support.
  4. Your personal information is exclusively meant for business purposes and we will not disclose it without your permission.
  5. We own the Particulars/Information that you read on our website and we don’t entertain misusing of the same.
  6. At our discretion, we will post notice of End Of Availability, including the timeline for Ceasing Support Services on our website.
